17 years’ PR and marketing experience, gained at PR Week Top 150 consultancies and in-house with a commercial radio station group, Matt has devised and led successful campaigns for a myriad of clients.
Lisa Yates, Design Manager
With nine years’ experience Lisa is a talented graphic designer, producing effective and eye-catching design materials for print and online.
Stephanie Tod, Senior Account Executive
With four years’ PR experience, Steph graduated from the University of Lincoln, enjoyed two years with a full service agency in Leeds before joining Lava in 2009.
10 years’ experience in social media engagement, blogger outreach and online reputation building. Emily joined Lava from BT where she was Digital Content and SEO Manager.

With six year’s PR experience, Becky is talented copywriter and media relations expert. A graduate from the University of Lincoln, her career began in London with Weber Shandwick.
