Yes, we’re involved in organising a special Lincs Tweet Meet event as part of Social Media Week (13 – 17th February).

Join us at Home in Lincoln for a spot of socialising and a chance to share your thoughts on social media with likeminded folk.

Social Media Week is a global initiative that offers a series of interconnected activities and conversations on emerging trends in social and mobile media across all major industries.

The first Social Media Week was staged in 2009 and has, since then, expanded to 21 cities. Last year over 60,000 people attended thousands of events and 500,000 people connected with the conference online and through mobile.

This year, whilst not an official partner, Lincoln will play its part in Social Media Week with Lincs Tweet Meet Lite being staged on Wednesday 15th February. Tickets for the event, which takes place between 5pm and 8pm are free and available from LincsTweetMeet.co.uk

As well as bringing Lincolnshire’s social media and marketing community together for some lively chat and few drinks, the organisers of Lincs Tweet Meet, which includes us, will use the event to announce exciting details of the next Lincs Tweet Meet.
